{"id":4802,"date":"2025-01-22T09:21:08","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T08:21:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.soparco.com\/?p=4802"},"modified":"2025-01-22T09:21:09","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T08:21:09","slug":"soparco-takes-over-part-of-the-cep-range","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.soparco.com\/en\/soparco-takes-over-part-of-the-cep-range\/","title":{"rendered":"SOPARCO takes over part of the CEP range"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Due to the evolution of the strategy of the French manufacturer CEP, discussions were started between the CEP group and SOPARCO with the aim of selling mould ranges for the production of horticultural pots and nursery containers as well as two lines of horticultural bowls to SOPARCO. These discussions resulted in an agreement signed on the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> of January 2025. You will find the list of the products acquired by SOPARCO in the attached document. CEP will continue to manufacture and sell the other products from its assortment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the moulds sold to SOPARCO :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CEP will carry out the delivery of the orders that are already registered and confirmed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CEP will continue to accept orders for products until its stocks run out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOPARCO will ensure a smooth transition for all new orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This transfer will take place gradually in January and February. A part of the attached references will complete SOPARCO\u2019s assortment. We will keep you informed as soon as the selected products are launched into production. SOPARCO and CEP express their willingness to ensure the smoothest possible transition and to cooperate to satisfy and fulfil orders from our customers.
